Here we are going to review the bookmaker by looking at their App, Markets and Odds, Customer Services, Payment Methods and more.

App Design & Features

Kwiff was established when its founders believed there to be a gap in the market. They thought that an App designed for punters by punters would prove hugely popular. The App is extremely simple whilst its appearance is very sharp. This combined makes for a highly positive experience. Once you begin to use the App, be it on Android or iPhone, the menu is located at the bottom of the home screen. The menu has four tabs entitled Sports, Casino, My Bets and Balance.  Across the top of the page, you can then scroll across all of the sports on offer. In order, the top tabs are listed as follows: In-Play, Featured, Football, Tennis, Cricket, Rugby, Snooker, Basketball, Darts, Boxing, MMA and Ice Hockey.

The central column automatically defaults to the features section of the page. This displays the major events of the day, typically football and tennis. The odds of a fixture are not revealed until you click on the fixture in question or swipe left or right. Swiping left will give you the match market, whilst swiping right provides an alternative market. Once you click the actual fixture you are on the ‘Betting’ Tab’ within that fixture.

For football matches you are also provided with the option to navigate to statistics, line up and table. The statistics section is extremely useful and provides information on recent form amongst other things. This type of information is not readily available on other sports.

It is within this area of the site that the list of markets are provided. Again, you are required to select your desired market to see odds displaye. You then simply select the odds of the bet you wish to place and enter the stake at the bottom of the screen. To the right of the stake field is the ‘Place Bet’ button which is the final stage before you part with your cash.

On the whole the App whilst being extremely basic is very easy to use. All important features are navigated to with ease and it is not hard to find what you are looking for.

Market & Odds

Is what not so long ago that Kwiff were only offering markets on football. That soon increased to Tennis, and they now offer the ten sports listed earlier in this article. With regards to football, each fixture has a fair amount of markets which include match betting, first goalscorer, handicap betting, both teams to score and much more. They cover a wide range of leagues, including all of those that would be expected. As well as this, you can also bet on the more obscure leagues in Asia and Africa. To access the fixtures you can either select In-Play, 24 hours, competitions and calendar.

The odds provided across all sports are respectable whilst the fact that your selection could be “Supercharged” at any moment means you could be getting an astounding offer. For more information on supercharged bets and other promotions please see our Kwiff Free Bets article.

Customer Services

There are two methods of contacting Kwiff. The first of which is the Live Chat option which can be found in the top right hand corner of the screen by selecting the? icon. Within this tab, you will find FAQs. Contact (within which is the Chat facility), About, Responsible Gambling and Promotion. When using the Live Chat facility we were provided with a representative swiftly and they proved to be extremely helpful. If you would prefer, you can also email Kwiff directly via [email protected]

Payment Methods

At this moment in time Kwiff are extremely limited regarding payment methods. Those that use e-wallets will be disappointed to hear that none of these are accepted. Visa and Mastercard are the only accepted payment methods at this time. This is sure to increase in months and do not be surprised to see methods such as Neteller added in the not too distant future.

Conclusion

Whilst payment methods are limited, the app is extremely easy to use with a respectable amount of markets and industry standard odds. The fact that your odds could be supercharged at any given moment is highly enticing and is sure to attract a fair amount of new customers.
