This weekend’s Super Sunday fixture comes from Old Trafford where Manchester United host Swansea in a massive game for the home side.
The Red Devils have seen an eight point lead slip at the top of the table in recent weeks and now find themselves in second place behind bitter rivals Manchester City on goal difference.
Sir Alex Ferguson’s men have won just one of their previous four encounters, a very strange run of form given their experience and history of winning titles.
Ferguson will also be disappointed with the performance against Man City on Monday evening, where they lost 1-0 at The Ethiad. United failed to muster a shot on target in the whole 90 minutes, which is a poor effort from the current champions.
The 19 time league champions now face the two biggest games of their season, with the objective to win and win big, goal difference could still play a part in this fascinating title race and United have some catching up to do in that department.
As for Swansea, they can now go to Old Trafford with the pressure completely of them, they currently sit in twelfth position and are certain of Premier League football next season.
Despite not needing the points, Brendan Rodgers will want a big performance from his side, no matter what stage of the season you play them, Manchester United are always one of the biggest games of the campaign.
Rodgers’ men have one just one game since beating Man City in march, with the top half still in The Swans sights they will look to finish strongly and climb up the table.
The Welsh team will also be looking to take advantage of their opponents nerves as it is a must win game, especially in the opening stages of the game.
Match Odds
Unsurprisingly United go into the game as massive favourites on home soil. You can back them at 1.20 (1/5) with BoyleSports.

First Goal-Scorer
Wayne Rooney has a poor night on Monday but prior to that had been in fantastic form, he is also the favourite to get scoring underway at Old Trafford with odds of 4.33 (10/3) with BetFred.
Danny Graham is Swansea’s leading scorer this campaign, his odds are 16.00 (15/1) with Bet365 to upset the odds and break the deadlock on Sunday afternoon.
Recommended Bet
With this being a game Sir Alex Ferguson’s side must get three points from, a big performance is expected. A recommended bet is for the home side to win 5-0 which is being offered at 17.00 (16/1) with William Hill.
