The first of the year’s Grand Slams, the Australian Open starts next Monday in Melbourne. British number 1 Andy Murray will be looking for his first Grand Slam title, but as usual he will be competing with strong talent, including the likes of Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal. Rafa had a tough time in 2009 with injuries so will be looking to make an impact in Australia. As too will Federer who will want to prove he still has what it takes to beat Nadal after losing 3 Grand Slam finals to him. Others such as Juan Martin del Potro and Novak Djokovic will be hot on their heels for a place in the final and there is a lot of other talent around this year.
The womans game in equally rich in talent. As always the William’s sisters will be strong contenders for the title. However there are also a lot of other players raring to win the tournament. These include Kim Clijsters and Justin Heni from Belgium as well as upcoming players Yanina Wickmayer and Melanie Oudin.

To say the true – I dont really care if Djokovic is wining or loseing at the moment because I know he is a great player. Federer and Nadal are getting older and older and I am almost sure that I will see this player getting ATP number one title very soon!

Nadal is a great player. I dont care if he is winning or losing matches. He is fighting on 100%, and its great there is such a “warior” in ATP at the moment!
