Last week saw the start of a return to the expected look of the Premiership table. Man Utd won their first game in hand and took the second place from Chelsea. However Aston Villa still sit 3 points above Arsenal in 4th place, so we still have the possibilty of an upset in the top 4 at the end of the season.
This week is the famous Merseyside Derby. Liverpool will be hoping for a win to maintain their top position in the table with Manchester Utd now just 2 points behind with a game still in hand. Although much of the news this week has been focused on Manchester City’s 100 million offer for Kaka. Whether a transfer as big as that will happen anytime soon remains to be seen.
