The Champions League is always exciting at this stage and we have 2 very tense semi-final matches this week. With Chelsea and Barcelona drawing 0-0 and Manchester Utd getting a single goal against Arsenal, both the games are very open to play for.
In the first leg Manchester United dominated their game against an Arsenal team that were all over the place. They were unlucky only get get a single goal and Arsene Wenger has vowed to produce a display that will beat Utd when they visit the Emirates. Utd have an injury boost as Ferdinand will be fit and is expected to start against Arsenal.
Chelsea’s defensive display against Barca caused a lot of controversy most of which came from a frustrated Barcelona side who are unaccustomed being without goals in a game. The 0-0 in the Nou Camp gives Chelsea the slight advantage as they play on home turf in this leg. Can Hiddink guide Chelsea into their 2nd consecutive Champion’s League final?
